With our return policy, we want you to feel confident with your CBD purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that time frame. Please hold on to the packaging and item(s), as the shipping companies require a physical inspection of the damaged parcel. If they are unable to inspect it, it may cause the claim to be denied.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all of the original packaging in tact. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your we receive and inspect your return, you will get an email notifying you of the return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days. A 25% restock fee may apply to your return.

We are not responsible for delayed, late, damaged, or lost packages. Please package items securely to avoid damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
